Return & exchange instructions
If you wish to request a return or an exchange (for a different size or color), please email us at logistics@ninasbikini.com.
Email requirements:

Use your order number as the subject line

In the body of the email, include:
· Full name
· Shipping address
· Contact email
· Order number
· Reason for return or exchange
· Item(s) you wish to return or exchange
· Preferred size or color (for exchanges)
· Preferred refund method (for returns)
Once we receive your request, we’ll guide you through the process.
Please note:

Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with tags intact

Returns or exchanges without prior approval will not be accepted

Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer
We reserve the right to decline returns or exchanges that do not meet the above conditions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll receive an email confirmation.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
